遅くなる連絡をしていたが、到着後インターホンを押す様に表示されていた通りに押してもどなたも現れず。仕方なく電話してみても繋がらず。受付は夜11時とあり、まだ範疇。30分程して現れた受付からは言葉で謝罪はあったが、いつまで待たされるのか分からない不安と疲れもあり、最悪な気分だった。インターホンが壊れているとしても、せめて電話の転送くらいしておいて欲しかった。宿泊客に何かあった時の危機管理は、どうなっているんでしょうか。正直、怖いなと思いました。

泊まれれば良かったのですが、清潔な室内、広いベッド、シャワーにお風呂もお湯を溜めて入れて普通のホテルと同じでした。SAと直結なのも含め、利便性もとても良く活用しやすいと思いました。とても気に入ったので、旅行する際はまたこちらや、この系列の宿泊施設に泊まりたいと思います！

サービスエリアにあるので、長い旅の途中で使うのには最適です。 セミダブルのベッドが二つのツインルームなのでゆったり休む事ができました。 サービスエリアのレストランが近く、佐野ラーメンは美味しかったです。

安かろう悪かろう
値段が安く見えますが、施設が古いのか管理が雑なのかわかりませんが、室内がカビ臭で充満してました。息子はずっと咳き込んでいたのでアレルギー反応が出ていたとしか思えません。 上階の足音などもリアルに聞こえます。子供連れ家族に当たると最悪です。 朝食はパンが出ますが、他の宿泊者が大量に取っていき、少量しか無かったのが悔やまれます。ちなみにジャム、マーガリンなどは無いです。 アメニティグッズも無いですし、ビジネスホテルの方が良いと思いました。
