Hotels.com is horrible!!! Do not use them!!!

I was charged twice for the hotel. This is the third time this has happened with hotels.com. i pay through PayPal and they actually charge me more money and the hotel also charges me. .. it has actually happened three times in a row. Now I have spent hours trying to get my money back and I keep getting the run around. I will never ever use hotels.com again!!!!! Very disappointed.with their customer service and their unwillingness to assist with fixing their own errors. Shame on you hotels.com!!!!

I stayed here for one night when trying to get to my child who had been hospitalized (non-Covid reasons). I had been up early and was stopping late. The lobby was filled with non-mask wearing kids and their parents, being loud, with children running everywhere. It definitely slowed the check-in process as the kids kept jumping up and demanding the attention of the employee. Room experience wasn’t much better. But, in addition to little girls running and screaming down the hall, so we’re a couple of their dads. Complaining did nothing to help. Is it too much to ask to be able to sleep at 11 pm? Especially when you e been up since 3 am? And need to leave again early? I think around 1 am they finally quieted. The room itself had mold in the bathroom. And the pillows were so flat and soft they were super uncomfortable. I was supposed to have a grab and go breakfast in the morning, but the employee was no where to be found. I gave up after 10 minutes because I need to go, but the people who were looking for someone to help them before I even arrived stayed longer to wait. Horrible service! Coffee was out, so I did grab that, but it was horribly cold and stale.

I didn't like that I kept having a lot of key issues. Also it seemed that they did not restock breakfast items each day as you did not have the same selection each day. However, staff was helpful and stay was satisfactory.

Very clean older property that needs a remodel.

One of the older properties that needs updating and remodeling. Very nice staff and everything was very clean but it's simply an older property with evidence of worn features everywhere. For instance, the very old toilet in my bathroom ran water all night long.
