The hotel front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, they could easily work at a luxury location with their quality of speed and friendliness and warmth.
The hotel has no amenities except a pool and hot tub barely advertised.
The room was incredibly old and outdated, I didn’t realize this is an apartment/condo renting location not an actual hotel. The unit I got felt like it was from the 70s/80s with old carpet, furniture, and an olive green round tub.
I didn’t sleep under the covers/sheets because although everything felt very clean, their physical condition seemed very old and worn and so it made me uncertain.
The fire alarm went off and I was 10 flights down the stairs before they announced it wasn’t an emergency, and then the PA system kept partially going off later in the morning with a few words crackling in and out.
The lobby was very clean but again, felt like it was from the 70/80s era.
