I didn’t care for the service at the front desk. I am traveling 1400 miles. I keep all my cards locked, and wasn’t expecting to have to pay a $50 deposit upon arrival. Which is fine, but you could read the impatience and frustration in body language of the man “assisting” me, as I took a moment to unlock my card. And when I asked if the property had a pool (I couldn’t remember because I browsed so many hotels) he responded as if it were a silly question and said “NO.” Then I saw, there was in fact, a pool.
Whoever “cleaned” my room, left an envelope with a note asiggeating gratuity. There were urine stains on and under the toilet seat. Surfaces and sink faucet were not wiped down. Not to mention I couldn’t walk barefoot on the floor, or my feet would get super dirty. I couldn’t believe it. Good things I had cleaning supplies on me!
The bed was pretty comfortable, so I was grateful for that. Oh, and by the way, you can’t stream your media to the TV.
Unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed.
