Never got to stay here and was still charged, front desk wasn't friendly. I accidentally booked with hotel.com but it was a different Hampton Inn, im not from there so I got the location wrong, and they wouldn't refund me back, and even afterward I was just going to stay but they said i would need a credit or debt card dor deposit of $75, which i didnt have my cards and was willing to give them cash and on their hotels.com website doesn't say you must have a major credit card or debt card for deposit either.
I messaged the general manager and never heard back either.
My 81 years old mother, lost my phone which I had my cards, anyway we end up staying at the Hampton Inn I-Dr North.
I recommend staying there and will since I come once a year. They were amazing, and understood my mother is 81 years old and needed a place to sleep and just fell that morning and end up at the ER too!
Hampton Inn I-Dr North will be where I'll be staying!
