Check-in was easy, but the girl who helped me at the desk didn’t give me any information about breakfast when and where, and also no info for WiFi.
I paid for breakfast but no vouchers were given then.
So, no clue about vouchers, and we’re eating breakfast at the place next morning. The waitress asked us if we have vouchers. Told her that we didn’t get them, but it’s paid and gave her our room number.
However, she brought us the bill so I went to the front desk to get vouchers when we finished eating. I thought it was easy fix.
Well, when I gave her the vouchers, the waitress accused me of not making sure to receive my vouchers! I didn’t even know that we are supposed to have them. Then, gave me an attitude that i caused her extra work to void the check. That really ruined my day from the morning. Definitely the girl at reception failed to do her work, and also the waitress lady wrongly accused a guest. I’ll never stay there again.
