I love to come back to my home from home, but feel it's a little more crowded and noisy since my previous visit. An example being what I assumed was exclusive use of the swimming pool and spa areas - as you have to book for an hour - turned out to be a less than relaxing experience with staff in and out whistling, knocking on the sauna door stating they thought I'd left when my robe, etc was still on the lounge chairs, and generally people in and out in the very short time I had to enjoy. Zen - the wonderful Front Desk Manager - was understanding and addressed my concern with a complimentary offering, for which I'm very grateful.
One highlight was discovering a member of the Team who used to be at The Montague hotel, had transferred over to The Milestone. Absolute pleasure to see Jorge again.
