Well the first room i was in , it wasnt clean , air wasnt working so they upgraded me to a king room , it was a lot nicer but people were knocking on doors in the middle of the night . I wont be back .

it's a red roof, but not much underneath
If you like a room with questionable stains, a badly insulated door, and lots of road noise, this is your place! Bonus if you love the Tower of Terror ride at Disney- skip it and ride this motel's elevator! It has no HVAC, smells of feet, and makes surprising jolts and shakes. Never a dull moment!

Dated & no breakfast
Room was dated and not like the pictures. It was fairly clean except for the blood drops on the bathroom door which hubby cleaned off. Bed was comfortable. The small tv didn’t show whole picture and manager wasn’t able to fix it. He said he had ordered new larger tvs and all new furniture. For breakfast they provided coffee, juice & granola bars. That was a deal breaker.

Bad Roof Inn
I asked for a pet friendly room and I don’t know if the sheets were stamped as pet friendly but we found a paw print on the sheet. The heaters were on the wall and they were burnt. Nowhere in the description of the hotel did it say they were across the street from a train yard. The mattress was awful, I could feel the springs when I laid down and had to lay on top of the sheet and blanket just to be able to lay down to sleep. My husband said there was no breakfast, just granola bars with juice and coffee.

Dirty, uncomfortable bed, bathtub leaked and the water would barley even get warm. Floors were dirty, sticky and had a slimy film on them that would make you slide on them. Definitely did not want to walk around unless you had shoes on. The AC struggled to work and did not keep the room cool at all. Tv was so old and small and the remote was a struggle to use. Will not ever stay here again.

I bought stay intterrption insurance. I want a refund. I left at midnight due to drug traffic in the parking lot making me feel unsafe. There were cockroaches in the dirty room, the toilet kept running. Room smelled hwavuly of deoderizer, floors were dirty. Absolutely disgusting.

Less than spectacular
The was not cleaned very well. Build up of dirt and grime on the bathroom exhaust fan was visible and theyre were noticable stains/dirt on the bedding. Hand soap at the sink was empty. We asked for it to be refilled but they just brought us the filler and didnt install it. Ive stayed at some really nice RRI+, this isnt their best location

The place smelled like mold and bleach. The light not TV didn't work. I turned and around returned the key and left

The bed was comfortable, we liked that there was no carpet in the room but the bathtub and the floors were dirty. I had on white socks and they were filthy. The front desk clerk and cleaning lady were super nice.

Pretty sure they were dealing drugs in the room next to ours. Loud music and squealing tires were heard all through the night. Constant door slamming. Breakfast was supposed to be provided. There was one option. A very hard nature valley bar.

please do not stay here
this was by far the worst hotel/motel experience i have ever had. i have no idea how it was rated 8.8 on hotels.com. upon arrival we checked in and while it was a little slow, it went fine. us three girls got to our room and immediately notice the security latch was broken. we call the lobby and ask for a solution, a different room, or SOMETHING else. all the man could say was that there were no rooms left. there were, it was easy to tell that the room next to us was empty plus there were rooms still available online. aside from the complete lack of security, the room was in very poor condition. the furniture looked very old and a chair was shredded to pieces, the sheets and comforters were poorly cleaned if they were even cleaned in the first place. the fire alarm was hanging out of the wall, clearly not working. the tv remote was STICKY with hairs on it, and missing a back. we didn't have a choice, it was late at night and we had already paid online for the hotel so we eventually fell asleep. i felt grateful that we were okay through the night, thanks to the hangers that we rigged on the door as well as basically all the furniture we could move, to try and give us some peace of mind that no one could get in our room. after everything, not even surprised to find roaches in the morning and the bathroom sink unable to drain. will never go back, and do not recommend for families or especially for lonely women. two stars for area because there were restaurants around, but it see

Don’t Do It
The stay was the worst I’ve ever had! The bed was dirty riddled with stains on the pillow case and the covers. There was ceiling paint chipping away. The bathroom/bathtub was dirty. This place was a complete disaster! I went to the front desk to complain. I waited with 2 other guests in front of me for 20 minutes calling for the service clerk and he finally shows up. He left the property unattended and returned with food. I packed my things and I didn’t stay the night there! I drove back 4 hours in the middle of the night because of the conditions of the room and the non- service! I slept in a gas station lot and I felt more safe! There were people walking around the Red Roof Inn property the entire night! It felt and was unsafe! I want my money back!!! The listing listed this place an 8.8 out of 10. It was more like a 1.0 out of 10! It was a bad experience! Any decent person should abandon their idea of staying in this place! Read the other reviews! Cars being broken into! It was a trashy place! Not worth the money!
