Staff was nice and the breakfast was super. Also enjoyed the evening cocktail hour, although the snacks were lacking. The hotel was full due to a convention, family reunions, and number of people awaiting their cruise ships, so the place was always a bit noisy. Our room was on the street, which was also noisy to try and get a better location

We stayed one night before our cruise and it was perfect! My kids loved the pool and the hotel was clean, convenient and the atrium was beautiful!
