Not worth a stay
Will not stay here again as the place was pestered with small insects, foul smell, high humidity, poor matresses and traffic noise. Really cheap, but not possible to get any sleep here. Had to find another hotel in the neighborhood. Difficult to communicate with service personnel on site.

Voltarei!
O apto é bem confortável, apesar de está localizado num local que as edificações estão bem desgastadas. Mas, próximo de várias opções turísticas, que fizemos caminhando. A responsável pelo Apto, Viky, nos orientou e passou vários contatos que facilitou nossos passeios. Dicas: leve papel higiênico, os banheiros dos estabelecimentos não possuem, e a maioria não desenvolve o troco, mesmo com os 10%. Evite pagar com dólar, porque fica mais caro. Troquei com pessoas indicadas pela Viky e na rodoviária numa banquinha, com Maria Caridade, que pagaram o maior câmbio. A garrafa de Rum na rodoviária é muito mais barato que os outros lugares. Ao final Cuba superou as minhas expectativas, positivamente. Amei Cuba e sua gente. Obs: sempre certifique o valor de qualquer coisa, no dólar e pesos. Sugestão : se for pelo Panamá, e ficar mais de 8 horas de espera, na conexão, faça um passeio turístico, vale a pena.

A home away from home
It is just amazing what you are getting here. An apartment with a fully equipped kitchen for the price of a single room is one thing. But most importantly you are getting a home. The host Viky is so kind and helpful that the stay is more than some days in Havana, you actually found a home away from home. I can only thank Viky for everything. By the way, there is a park nearby and a store where it is possible to buy food and pay by card, something unusual for Cuba where you usually need to pay in cash

A place like home in Havana
Muchas gracias, Viky! That is the name of the owner of this apartment, she made our stay like being at home. The place is anyway like a home as it is a full apartment with a fully equipped kitchen but for the price of a single room. But especially Viky’s kindness and help with any problem made the stay special

A place like home with a very kind host
This place is one of the best I stayed at during all my journeys to various countries. Not only that you get a whole apartment for the price of a room with all you could need including a fully equipped kitchen, but also you can feel like at home. That is mainly due to the owner Viky who is very kind and helpful. I left a note on the wall of the hallway where many previous guests have left feedback, and it is all positive. This is the place where I will stay again when I am in Havana next time

Stayed here for 5 days with my children and it was a hidden gem. One street away from El Malecón, from La Feria where you can buy souvenirs and from the Boat Station where you can go to Regla to see the church or Casablanca to walk to the Christ Statie and El Morro where they do the cannon ball ceremony at 9pm. You are a walk away from the best parks - Parque Habana and Parque de las Palomas. Surrounded by many restaurants and bars. And if you need ANYTHING at all, Vicky is an amazing host and only a few streets down :) P.S. the reception in the area is terrible due to the building structures but she has WIFI available for a daily fee which works perfectly fine. No power outages, no light outages. A/C is great and the hot water heater as well.

Vicky es una excelente anfitriona, nos ayudó en todo! El alojamiento está a media cuadra del malecón en la habana vieja por lo que fué muy facil llegar a cualquier lugar caminando, si regreso sin duda me volvería a hospedar ahí. Gracias por todo Vicky!!

アモール イ マルに着いて早々にVikyさんが部屋の諸設備について説明をしてくれた。部屋はベッドルーム、リビングルーム、キッチンがそれぞれ広くて使いやすかった。1日当たり2ドルのWi-Fiの利用を勧められとても使いやすかった。空港までお願いしたタクシーは素敵なクラッシックカーで快適だった。最初のチェックインから最後のお別れまで陽気で明るいVikyさんにお会いできハバナの旅が一層、思い出に残った。なお、宿へ事前に到着時刻を連絡されることをお勧めします。

Très bien reçu
Vicky est une personne très agréable qui nous a reçu à 1h40 du matin , avion retardé Elle s’est occupée de nous trouver un taxi pour notre départ et nous a montré les environs du logement.

Se desideri conoscere l'Havana vecchia questo è il posto ideale dove soggiornare. Viky è gentilissima e ti darà buoni consigli per vivere al meglio il tuo soggiorno. La casa è pulita, semplice ed accogliente.
