Overall a really nice place. Very clean and obviously made for visitors. Everything was Ikea. It isn't like renting out someone's place, which I was originally concerned about. Quality was like a good 3-star hotel. Lots of storage, so I can imagine staying here well for an extended time.
The management was very helpful and easy to communicate with, though less convenient than at a hotel since they were several stops away on the subway. For instance, we wanted to get a second set of keys and had to travel over there.
The area was very quiet, except there are two restaurants that share the courtyard and about half the nights they would decide to throw glass bottles into the recycling repeatedly as late as 11:30pm or as early as 5:30am, which woke us up. That's the only thing that would make me consider trying another place next time I'm in Milan.
Overall, a good experience and comfortable place.
