We enjoyed our return stay at HD8. Very convenient location which is walkable distance to transport. Plenty of eating places and grocers nearby. Staff always helpful. It would be nicer if kettle for tea and coffee is already available in the room (rather than having to ask for one). And also it would be nice if they don't charge baggage storage for guests who leave for a few day and return to stay.

Stayed for 3 nights. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was great. The only minor inconvenience worth mentioning was that it could be a bit noisy at night, especially the sound of the water pipes and/or AC. Personnel was kind and helpful. Great location near the Central station, meaning every location in Milan was easily accessible. We would stay here again!

HD8 hotel was in a very convenient location, close to the train station and subway to travel to other popular locations. The hotel was clean and modern, very minimalistic. The staff was very average, they did not provide poor service but it was the bare minimum. They did not provide information to make our stay better in comparison to other hotel staff. For example, they did not provide a map of the area, inform us how to reach the reception or guide us to a local store to get items since we're traveled from the US.

Worst Stay (HD8 & Glam)

HD8 changed my reservation to Glam Hotel without proper explanation and without my consent. The room of Glam was not clean and the water drain in the shower was blocked. And I cannot believe Hotels.com allows this hotel change. This stay was the worst and the hotels, both HD8 and Glam, dont deserve 4 stats at all.

Very good access from train station. Staff behaviour was BAU, business as usual, not making any extra efforts. Room was ill designed, sink was in the main room instead of a separate area. So, not impressive at all. Then lifts had alot of wait.
