The first room was horribly dirty, burn holes in the wood table. The cloth chair and couch were literally black on the arm rests. It smelled of cigarette smoke.
We were shown two other rooms…. We ended up taking one of the rooms. (It was the most “livable” for the 13 days). I went to the nearest Walmart and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the room before we even brought out things in. (We wore white socks and they were black after 2 min of walking around on the floor)
We checked in on a Tuesday, the lady at the front counter said that they would be in on the following Tuesday to change the bedding. I had to go down to the office to exchange towels. They had us on the schedule to “change” bedding on Sat (the day before we leave), she said, “Oh, would you like me to put you in for tomorrow?” Yes!!! Yes, I would. Still no one! We never got the bedding changed in 13 days. Even with going to the office.
