Worst behavior from staff. Man at reception was angry all the time

Yesterday we have a booking at ferdin home stay using Expedia.com.I paid RS 1232 using card and got booking confirmed message.But when arrived at the hotel we have to face arrogant attitude from counter staff he refused to give us room.After talking to hotel contact no given in app they made us wait for 2 hours after that arranged a room in another hotel. counter staff don''t even provide as facility for eating and refreshment.counter staff in unpleased manners told us to go to other hotel.without food walking to new hotel cause a lot of difficulty to my older mother.please take necessary action to avoid such situations to other customers
