not even close to "Radisson Hotel's Standard"
At first, when we arrived late at 2.00 AM. The first room we've got has no heater. There's no LED light or sign of working, so the room was freaking cold. We went back to the reception again to change the room. And then everything seemed OK with the warming heater.
The room is quite old and a lot if dirts, not well cleaned. So this must be improved.
The breakfast is great, variety of choices with good qualities.
I'm a Radisson's gold member, that has gold benefits, such as complementary room upgrade, late check-out, free bottle of water in room but I haven't got any benefits from all 2 night-stays. Before we went to Longyearbyen, I sent an e-mail to this hotel for asking about Gold Member benefits and the hotel sent me back with member status noted for benefits. That's why we chose this hotel for one of our vacation stays.
Especially check-time is 11.00 am so I've tried to ask for check out at 12.00 am with Gold member guest's benefit because the airport bus will come to pick us at 12.45 but the hotel denied for this request. So I feel very disappointed to choose the Radisson this time. No upgraded room, no late check-out, no any gold benefits at all.
Compared with the Radisson Oslo Plaza hotel that we stayed before, this's much better. So please improve the room's qualities and services to get close to Radisson's.
