Nice bar, terrible room.
The lady checking me in was great. The downstairs bar looked very nice but the room was really bad. Mouldy hole in the ceiling, bathroom smelled like bleach when I went in but then very stale soon after, dog hair and hair pins on the floor, tobacco and rolling papers in the broken drawer, the window latches were broken which is very dangerous for children, the shower panel had fallen off, it was rough. Fortunately the bed was comfy and the sheets were clean.

Terrible.never again
The room was clean but not worth £50 . There was shouting and banging on doors through the night and football chants. The chef wasn't on site due to sickness so no breakfast available. The car park was full of rubble from building work and the bed was so uncomfortable I nearly went to sleep in my van in the carpark I was deterred by the cars screeching round the estate.

That bad our contractor never checked in
Based on 2 of our contractors at the hotel (only stayed 1 night of the 4 night booking) checking out, we didnt even check in for this booking, obviously the hotel refused to give any form of refund for this booking and our other booking. Avoid this like the plague.

Absolutely appaulling
Terrible hotel, do not look at the photos as it looks nothing like this. Room cold, mattress disgusting and stained, other persons belongings still in the room and drawers, no food. Our contractors left after 1 night of the 4 night booking.

Our stay was a terrible experience
Our stay was terrible the first room we went to had no heating then we was given another room.This room had heating but on slow level all night we could not sleep it was so cold and the beds were not comfortable terrible experience

Not recommended
Main door was locked upon return from a night out.We were unable to get back into the hotel. All hotel numbers were not working.Slept in the car for most of the night.It was a terrible.experience.The bed os so uncomfortable.I will never recommend this hotel to other paying customers.

Was very surprised for the price on my way they rang asked if i was arriving said yes welcome was good signing in good. The room was a twin clean modern new by looks bathroom. Lovely white cotton sheets duvet .t.v. heater so was warm. Entertainment on .breakfast full english good.only comment could do with tea tray in room .will go back highly recomend

Kingstanding inn
This hotel was not as advertised Firstly we found it difficult to communicate with the staff at the check in because there was a dj on and the music was loud ,the person we spoke to told us there was a mix up with the booking and had to allocate different rooms which were only doubles ,we said this would not be ok and then they gave us another double room and said they would sort it for the next day which we accepted because it was getting late however 2 rooms without heating ending us sleeping with clothes on and tv not working 1 room had holes in ceiling dripping water into the bed underneath this was booked for 2 nights but we had to book another hotel We tried to speak to someone early on the Saturday however there was no staff to inform only cleaners I personally wrote a report to the hotel however i have not yet had a response This is the worst hotel and customer care i have ever experienced Who in the right mind does breakfast from 10am till noon never in any hotels i have stayed indi this time normally 8am till 10am

Not great but cheap
Room was freezing cold with the only heating being supplied by a small wall mounted electric heater, which was left on full power all afternoon/night and still struggled to take the chill off. No hooks or heating in the bathroom. Black mould around the window and bathroom. Room just big enough for 2 single beds. Desk supplied but couldn't open the drawers due to size of room. Was advised there would be no option to purchase breakfast as the one lady that cooks it on on holiday. Positives - the black guy behind the bar pours a cracking pint of Guinness

Affordable. Customer service not upto mark. Had to struggle to contact customer care or helpdesk. Wanted to get water at around 10 - 1 PM but couldn't reach available phone number No intercom. Cleanliness is ok. Little far from city centre but there is good connectivity with bus stops nearby. Somethings need renovation in bathroom. No window view. There was small window of about 2 Ft x 3 Ft at the top for ventilation. We could see only sky through this ventilation window 😀
