Very friendly & helpful staff. Great room with a balcony & very spacious. Great spaces downstairs to play games & hang out with family. Good pool. Very warm due to weather. Good breakfast. Practical Clean Comfortable
We love to stay either with Hilton or Marriott due to the high standards of cleanliness. The hotels have always been great places to stay. The Hampton Inn & Suites did not disappoint us at all. It was a great hotel to stay and true to Hilton Standards. We enjoyed our stay very much. Breakfast was great and your staff was great!

Rude check in attendant. Had to pry out of her where to park, where is pool. Where is the room. Then asked if I could just leave keys in room for checkout. Was told to check out at desk. Room had stained bedspread. Asked for it to be changed. Again, rude. Called next am to see if we could just leave keys in room; we were told OF COURSE by a very nice you g man. Seriously, this woman needs customer service training. Won’t stay there again.
