Awful experience, save your money and stay somewhere else.
The hotel is old and moldy; there was black mold on the windows and sills, and I have two small babies. I requested two cribs, and the hotel staff said they only had one available the first night, so I had to share the sofa bed (completely unsafe) with one of my babies.
We live in the south US, where it is pretty warm and cold, so we asked for additional blankets, and the manager said, we gave you enough; how many do you need??? What kind of customer service is that???
Breakfast is basic, and when I asked for additional food, I was told they were out when I knew they had them on hand. I am not asking for anything out of the ordinary; I asked for one more package of oatmeal or more than two to-go containers.
The laundry room only had one washer and dryer, but the hotel didn't have coins to use them, and there was no light in the room so that we couldn't use it at any time, especially at night.
All the staff had horrible customer service attitudes; the only ones that improved our stay were Irma and the cleaning crew, Pier at the front desk at night, and Hassan at breakfast.
