Please skip this place, keep looking!!
This was an unfortunate experience to end 2024. What my family didn't know until we checked in was this hotel was recently purchased by a new company, so all of the hotels.com reviews before November 2024 were when the hotel had different ownership. Hence the fals good rating.The new owners have not invested in the property so on every turn something was out, broken, or doesnt exist. There is no cable- so if your tv works you get five channels, the whirlpool was broken, the rooms have lots of moisture so it smelled like mildew, the food was mediocre, there are signs in the lobby saying you must only eat in the lobby due to pest control ( tells you alot), and there is no soap in the bathroom dispensers - so you have to ask for a ton of soap samples. If you try and voice a concern to the front desk they would first misled you and say technicians are not available during the holiday season (Nov-Jan), argue with you, or call a colleague and talk about you like your not there. However, they will not try and make things right. They have "policies in place that do not allow them to help you. BUT they wish they could." This location is not serious about the hotel business and are more interested in hanging out with each other. Please do "me" a favor and keep looking for another property where you can be safe and happy. You will be glad you did. I WILL NEVER recommend staying here to a human...however I will recommend that hotels.com please stop promoting this property ASAP.
