Amazing stay!

We had a fantastic stay in Venice, enhanced by the beautiful apartment and in particular, by the reception staff who couldn’t have been more helpful. They were friendly, welcoming, full of local knowledge of restaurants and the top places to visit, and the icing on the cake was the gift of croissants from a local bakery on two of the mornings we were there which were very much appreciated! I couldn’t recommend these apartments more highly!

Amazing apartment in a great location. V clean and tidy. Valentina was very helpful with tips and suggestions. Highly recommended. If I had to gripe about anything it would be that mosquitoes were too abundant but not sure they could have done anything about that.

Stay was excellent. Valentina from the front desk called me the day before seeing if I needed to coordinate transportation to the hotel. She arranged for a water taxi and met me at the pier and walked us to the hotel so we wouldn't get lost. They had great recommendations for restaurants and called to get us reservations.

Unfortunately AC gave up in our room due to hot weather and we had to change the hotel but Paola and team helped us find a new really nice place and made sure our vacation was not ruined. Paola and team were always there to help any nothing was too much trouble. Not cheap but value for money by Venice standards with lots of space to kick back and relax. Large one bedroom suite, super clean and modern, large high end bathroom, quiet, stocked minibar and Illy coffee machine, everything walkable and two other highlights: they washed three bags of laundry the same day for € 9.- each and recommended an Osteria where we had the best lunch one can wish for. We didn’t mind that there was no view from our room. Highly recommended.
