The hotel’s driver, from the airport, talked non stop about hiring him and offering tours. He made a detour & took the long route as a “preview” of the said tours. We empathically told him NO and that we DID NOT WANT ANY. We had been traveling in different countries for over a month and our flight/luggages was also delayed so we were EXHAUSTED and we just want to get to the hotel and relax. However, he persisted. It was such an UNWELCOME gesture.
Around 2-3 am, the hotels air vents emits a FOUL cigarette smell.
The rooms are small and the carpets are worn and quite outdated. You could also hear every time a door opens and closes.
Some staff need to learn serving etiquette. DO NOT REACH between guests while we were having a conversation to clear the table. RUDE! Why rush when there were hardly any guests? At that time, there were 4 guest sitting and eating in that restaurant- it was quiet as can be.
