Kleines InhabergefĂŒhrtes Hotel direkt an der Mosel. Wir haben leider in einem sehr kleinen Zimmer im Hinterhaus gewohnt, dafĂŒr war das neu renoviert und sehr ruhig. Schönes Badezimmer mit toller Dusche! Der Service und die KĂŒche sind erstklassig!! Man versucht immer, sĂ€mtliche WĂŒnsche der GĂ€ste zu erfĂŒllen. Sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Trevligt hotell precis vid Mosel

Trevligt mindre hotell med vÀnlig personal. Bra parkering framför hotellet. Det kan vara bra att veta att det Àr mÄnga trappor och ingen hiss. Vi fick ett rum högst upp i en intilliggande byggnad. Litet men modernt och frÀscht rum. Det saknades luftkonditionering, vilket vi kÀnde till, men eftersom det var mycket varmt ute och rummet lÄg lÀngst upp i byggnaden blev det vÀldigt varmt. Det fanns dock en flÀkt som hjÀlpte lite. All el bryts nÀr man lÀmnar rummet, vilket var lite synd dÄ vi har en kylbox. Det Àr en mycket liten ort med litet utbud av restauranger, men restaurangen pÄ hotellet var mycket bra sÄ det gjorde inget. Ganska liten men god frukost. Det fanns en vinmakare bara 100 meter bort dÀr vi var pÄ en trevlig vinprovning. Det fanns ocksÄ cyklar att hyra pÄ hotellet.

Personalen vĂ€ldigt tillmötesgĂ„ende ! Cykel fanns till uthyrning, de hjĂ€lpte till med kartor och information. Trevilg och god frukost ! TyvĂ€rr hade den trevliga restaurangen med god mat och utsikt mot Mosel stĂ€ngt tisdag och onsdag, men öppet resten av veckan. VĂ€lstĂ€dat, fint rum m utsikt. Lite hĂ„rda sĂ€ngar men helt ok. VĂ€g mellan hotell och Mosel som stundtals var trafikerad
de körde vĂ€ldigt fort ! 30 min m cykel t Bernkastel och 10 min m bil. Helheten gemytligt, vackert, lugnt, trivsamt och rekomenderbart !

Grauenhaft! Unwohlsein vorprogrammiert!

Auf das Motto "Ankommen und WohlfĂŒhlen" hatten wir uns zuvor eingestellt. Leider traf das unserer Ansicht nach nur auf die "Chefin" zu. Die fĂŒhlte sich wohl, wir interessierten gar nicht. Wir wollten FrĂŒhstĂŒck aufs Zimmer - ihre lapidare Antwort war: "Ich weiß doch nicht, was Sie morgens so essen! Deshalb geht das nicht!" Abendessen aufs Zimmer: Unmöglich - angeblich gibts kein Personal. Außerdem sollen wir rechtzeitig Bescheid sagen, damit wir beim Abendessen ĂŒberhaupt berĂŒcksichtigt wĂŒrden. Fanden wir unverschĂ€mt! Komisch: Immer wenn wir dann im Restaurant waren, standen dort 2-3 Bedienstete rum - alle meistens ohne Aufgabe. Also: Wo hatten die keine Zeit?! Wir meinen: Personal gĂ€be es sowieso genug. Man muss die nur anstĂ€ndig bezahlen wollen!! FĂŒr die drei Tage ohne jeden Service mussten wir dann 480 € zahlen! Zudem hatten wir noch den Eindruck, die Dame mag keine Motorradfahrer. Wir fĂŒhlten uns stĂ€ndig von der beobachtet. Am Tag der Abreise ließ Sie einen Mitarbeiter auf uns los. Der sollte fragen, ob wir noch den HotelschlĂŒssel haben - dabei waren wir noch gar nicht ausgecheckt....! Also wirklich: schrecklich und grauenhaft war das fĂŒr uns. Wie im Internat! NIE WIEDER!!!

God oplevelse!

Fik et ualmindeligt dejligt vÊrelse pÄ ZUR TRAUBE, med udsigt over vinmarkerne. Ja, det lÄ nÊrmest i vinmarkerne! Og med Mosel floden til den anden side - som vi dog ikke kunne se fra vÊrelset. Fik modtagelse og hurtigt tjek in. HjÊlpsomme ejere og god information om stedet. DesvÊrre ikke mulighed for at spise (alt booket), men morgenmaden var fin, og blev serveret pÄ terrassen med udsigt til floden. En dejlig overnatning og vi kommer meget gerne tilbage en anden gang.
