The overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. Our room didn’t match the photos online, the outdated appliances and peeling floors gave it a run-down feel.
Upon arrival, we were initially directed to the wrong building, requiring another trip to the front desk. When we finally located our room, it wasn’t the one we booked, so we had to return to get new keys. The replacement room was an improvement but still felt worn and wasn’t particularly clean.
We booked a suite hoping to prepare our own meals, but the kitchen was barely equipped. There was no frying pan, and the utensils were sparse—just one fork, three spoons, and a few butter knives. We ended up chopping garlic with the single steak knife provided. The bathroom had peeling floors, a clogged shower drain, and overall, the cleanliness left much to be desired.
While the front desk staff were helpful in providing extra forks and a frying pan, we didn’t receive the warm, welcoming service we’d expect. The breakfast was lackluster and only available until 8:30, which was inconvenient.
We chose this hotel through Avion, expecting a higher standard, but unfortunately, it fell short across the board. Overall, we left feeling very disappointed.
