Not disabled friendly
The beds were absolutely rock hard and so uncomfortable that it made it difficult to sleep more than an hour or 2 at a time. The only way to get into the hotel was an elevator down in the parking garage. Couldn't use a baggage cart because it HAD to be returned to the front office, but as someone with mobility issues that depends on a wheelchair for distances, there was no way to get the baggage cart down into the parking garage or back up out of the garage and the staff was of no assistance. I had my service dog with me, but the only "pet" area they had was up a flight of stairs out of the parking garage and then across the parking lot, which was not wheelchair accessible since it required going up a flight of stairs so we ended up having to use an area of barkdust.
