Disastro

Al terzo giorno di permanenza il personale alle due di notte ci ha informato che al mattino entro le undici avremmo dovuto lasciare L appartamento in quanto L hotel avrebbe chiuso , senza dare spiegazione alcuna e invitandoci ad arrangiarsi per i seguenti 13 giorni di permanenza . Se non fosse stato per L aiuto di expedia ci saremmo trovati in mezzo ad una strada a 11.000 km da casa . Esperienza pessima quella di quest anno in questo hotel a differenza dei 6 anni precedenti dove ci siamo sempre trovato bene !!!

Closed down with ZERO NOTICE !!!

We booked this hotel months in advance. When we flew to Vegas and took a cab to the hotel we found out it was closed down. We had nowhere to stay and spent hours on the phone with Expedia trying to find another hotel. Expedia finally got a room for us that was far from the strip & we spent over $60 total in cab fare going there & back.

突然クローズ

当日ホテルに到着したところ、ホテルがクローズしていた。事前の連絡が無かったので、非常に困った。今現在宿泊費の返還の目処が立っておらずエクスペディアに問い合わせ中。

Geschlossen

Als wir abends in Las Vegas ankamen standen wir vor einem verschlossenen Motel.Das Motel Americas Best Value hat ist dicht.Wir wurden trotz Reservierung nicht über die Schliessung informiert Zum Glück haben wir nebenan im Motel 6 noch 2 Zimmer bekommen,

Gut in Stripnähe gelegen.

In allen Kategorien nur ein Stern, da Hotel geschlossen und im Abriß / Umbau befindlich, als Kunde mit gültiger Reservierung über diesen Zustand nicht informiert worden.

Cheap and nasty. Don't stay here.

If you are looking for cheap, this is the place to be. But don't expect much. Rooms are so basic, air con was noisy and there was a smell. Wifi was TERRIBLE. Practically non existent in the rooms you have to get out to the reception area to get it. I left some clothes in my room and called to check if i could collect it. They passed me to housekeeping and nobody there could speak English or didn't understand me. I was on hold for 15 minutes and they still didn't get that I wanted them to check if they had found my clothes or if it was in the lost and found department. I called again the next day and I got the same run around. I would not stay here again.

The first room the air conditioner was loud and didn't work. The second room the water was either very hot or very cold, no in between. The third room everything worked. This hotel need a major over haul!!!!

Good Value

Hotel has some shady people staying here, but for the price on a Saturday on Vegas, you can’t beat it. Walking distance to the strip.

Very noise,all night long, Heliscopters take-off,landing noise,continous loud air craft noise. could not get to sleep until early in the morning, I will never book this hotel or area again..

Needs update

Air conditioning unit broken hotel staff offered us refund and let us keep the room but it was too hot in room to stay in it

Hotel as advertised. This is a simple / low cost hotel, but everything was clean and working and as advertised. There was coffee and a coffee machine in the room, as well as a fridge and probably a TV (didn't use, didn't check). There wasn't any microwave in the room IIRC, unsure if they had any in common areas, I'd call them to check before, if you're going to use a mocrowave. Staff was friendly and efficient, we stayed just overnight, parking was easy, no complains. We stayed on a room on the first floor but weren't woken up by the people above us like our hotel the night just before so that was nice... No breakfast so nothing to say about that. AC was working but loud.
