Pay for 3 rooms to be told no booking
I got to the hotel with two customers from the UK, i was told there was no rooms booked for us, i showed the receptionist my booking, and he said there was no booking for me, asked me to send the details to him on the phone as he didn't have any booking and the hotel was full with no rooms available.
We has to wait half an hour trying to proof i had 3 rooms booked for my clients and myself.
Really embarrassing for myself even though i could show the booking and it was paid for through Hotels.com.
In the end the receptionist got a call from head office to say they had found my booking after he had called them
I have used Hotels.com many times and on many trips, but no more, was terrible to be left standing for so long with my customers, i have also used this hotel over many years, i will leave a review on the Hotel website when i get a chance, and not use Hotels.com again.
