Needs a deep clean and up keep.
The bedspread, pillowcases, and towels all had stains on them. The wood around the shower was filthy and rotten. The shampoo/conditioners were used and empty. I was charged twice and then they couldn’t give me a receipt of refund. The computers were “down”. The only good thing was pet friendly.

Save your time and money
Got to hotel they gave us wrong key cards for our room. Got to room and noticed ceiling fans in room did not work in bedroom. Called front desk to let them know about the issue. They stated that maintenance would come fix issue the following morning. Maintenance did not come until 1 pm next day and still did not fix ceiling fan issue. Hot water from the shower took about 10 minutes to warm up for shower to even be usable. Noticed a lump in the wood flooring where the flooring was not even and had a lump in the middle of the floor. Asked the employees if we would be compensated for issues in the room. They stated that they would let manager know and they would take care of it. No one ever contacted us. Room would've been decent if for the issues stated. The absolute worst La Quinta i have ever stayed in. Do not waste your time or money at this establishment.

We stayed In a suite room,very nice and roomie, but what I did not like is that I took this hotel you today had a outdoor pool and then the pool ended up being closed the whole time we were there and this was never mentioned when I called and asked about the pool and it has been closed since August 1st and it was around August the 5th when I called and asked so this should have been mentioned

The grounds need trash pick up. The room was better than other rooms we have stayed in before, but definitely needed better cleaning. Behind the bed was urine(from and animal), a lighter and hair and general dirt. The bathroom was clean as was the rest of the room.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed in.
I don’t know where to start. The bathroom was not clean or partially cleaned. The shower had stuff on walls, mold on shower head, mold growing on the ceiling. The trash outside was over flowing at all trash cans with food on ground. The dumpsters were overflowing with trash on ground as well. The entry way on side of building smelled like cat urine and had bird feathers and poop everywhere. The pool was closed by the health department. The room had new beds and sheets were clean. Towels had stains and the ceilings were peeling. Housekeeping was not thorough sometimes they made bed and left towels and sometimes they left towels and changed trash and didn’t make bed.

We stop at this hotel every year. They remodeled a couple years ago and the craftsmanship was obviously not great. The floors are damaged in the rooms, mold on the shower trim, bath exhaust fan/light not working. There was kitty litter in the bathroom floor from previous guests. Towel bars had been pulled off the walls. It’s now under new management/ownership, so hopefully repairs will be made and improved The front clerk was very friendly and helpful.
