No. Just Don't.
We checked in Thursday morning with another couple. By Friday afternoon, we were in a different room and they were in a different hotel. Nobody actually works at the front desk; check-ins, checkouts, and room issues are handled at a screen on a kiosk. You would think that the money they're saving there would be reinvested elsewhere in the hotel, but that's clearly not the case.
From the time you pull up to the hotel, everything looks old and is in a state of disrepair. The sign on the building's exterior is partly burned out, as are most of the staff we encountered. The elevator creaks and groans threateningly, the carpets are covered in debris that remains even after being vacuumed, and the fridge produces a high-pitched whine that forces you to choose between preserving one's food or one's sanity.
The breakfast offerings were meager, with reminders posted not to eat it in your room, the WiFi was overwhelmed, every hallway reeked of weed (and you will too) our remote control was broken, our room had no toilet paper dispenser, just the bracket where it once attached, and we were moved into a new room when it became clear that our water temperature would never rise above tepid. We were the lucky ones, the other couple canceled their reservation and checked out after finding COCKROACHES in their room.
If you're reading this and still want to try your luck, I promise that you'll get what you pay for. No matter how low the price is here, pay the extra and stay somewhere else.
