The hotel is close to Capivari and the staff is friendly. However the first room I was given was terrible! The safe did not work, it was noisy, dark, the shower leaked, the floor was in very bad condition and dusty in general. Fortunately, after complaining several times, I was able to change my room for a room with a view on the third floor, paying the difference of course! If you want to stay in this hotel pay for rooms with balcony or on the third level otherwise it is best yo avoid it.

Very well situated to walk to the center of town and also the other direction to the cute candy stores that are decorated very cute. Pillows were a little too hard. My room had a big balcony with two beautiful windows that were hinged and nice shutters if you want some air and privacy. Also curtains. The buffet breakfast makes it a good deal.

Fiquei num quarto que não tinha janela, não tinha ar-condicionado. O quarto parecia uma cela pois o hóspede não tinha condições de ver o tempo lá fora. Fizeram um puxadinho e colocam como quarto. Ninguém merece. Não recomendo pra ninguém

Hotel bom, mas que precisa de algumas melhoras. Pontos negativos: não possui elevador e não possui ar condicionado no quarto. Além disso, poucas tomadas no quarto e as que tinham estavam em condições ruins. Tv muito pequena, antiga, com pouquíssimos canais e travando muito. Teto do banheiro precisando de reformas (faltava parte do teto) e ducha esguichando pra todo lado. Sobre a limpeza no quarto e banheiro: bom, mas pode melhorar (sem falar que tivemos que pedir que fossem arrumar o quarto). Pontos positivos: funcionários educados e prestativos. Café da manhã muito bom, estacionamento gratuito, espaços comuns bem limpos, bom mobiliário, cama confortável. Resumo: vale a pena, mas há outros hotéis e pousadas por preços semelhantes que possuem mais pontos positivos.
