We loved our stay here! Around the corner is a 24-7 7/11 and Family Marts, and being next to the Kyobashi train station on the Ginza line was the best decision ever. Staff spoke English and Chinese, and were all very professional. We had the Queen Plus One room and it was spacious for 2. The luggage does have to be stored under the bed but that’s pretty normal for all Japanese hotels. The communal lobby floor had plenty of sitting space and drinking water (hot and cold) which was perfect for late night ramen. They do have breakfast, but we didn’t have that option and saw other travelers order from the lobby. There are several sushi omakase, izakaya, and tempura / ramen restaurants right across the hotel, and some blocks down are mall complexes with restaurants and a Yoshinoya for a 24/7 chain breakfast. Really loved this location and our experience!
