we are arrived at midnight, flight was delayed and rerouted, really tired, the front desk attendant gave a room obviously was put of service, the tub faucet was leaking continuously, the ac/heater won’t turn on,
on top of that the room was ADA no night stand limited to stored items in the bathroom.
when I complained next morning the same guy that gave us the room was there he claimed he didn’t know he said he was going to send maintenance, when we arrived in the afternoon nothing was done, and finally where sent to another room.
