Had bug issues all weekend, including another guest actually leaving as I was checking in for the same reason. But what bothers me the most is the lack of concern for my issues and obviously for the other person who was leaving when I got there.
I mentioned that I would have like to have had someone address this issue with me directly, with both the person who I checked in with and as well on one of the too many emails that they send you, but no one could take that opportunity for me to discuss the concerns and actually not leave this type of feedback, but obviously I was not important enough reach back out to. Their loss, because I will be back in a few weeks, but not staying here again. Astounding how just a little customer service would go a long way, and they did not give two Ship. (And I don’t mean the “P”.)
