The hotell is incredibly hard to get hold of all calls go to a automated switchboard, and even when leaving several messages to arrange check-in I did not recieve a call back. They cancelled my reservation on short notice due to unforseen circumstances and asked me to cancel the reservation with hotel.com, without so much as an apology. Obviously i did not stay with them and i was less than impressed by my experience

Just No!
This b and b is in the middle of a council estate and was a spare room in a block of flats! This is not what I expected at all from the information provided.

AVOID…DISGUSTING “HOTEL”, CONNED US!
NOT A HOTEL. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. TOTAL DIVE. AS FOLLOW;
- Receiving a call on the day of the stay asking for £100 deposit, we didn’t feel we had a choice but to pay it. Hasn’t been refunded despite promises.
- Location – it’s impossible to reach the property on foot from town, had to get taxis as ended up walking down a bypass & through a forest – the property is in a really dodgy area
- Bugs – spiders, insects
- Mould – mouldy rag as a light switch cord, peeling paint and mould all over bath and walls
- Feces all over toilet
- Dirty bedding
The photos on Hotels.com are fake & false advertising & do not reflect the state of the conditions. The smell was so bad I spent the night sat by the window trying to get air – there were NO other hotels available & it was the middle of the night so I waited until daylight & left. I had a bad chest from the mould for a week. I have tried to contact Hotels.com (they aren’t interested!) & the Rhinos on numerous occasions but the Rhinos basically keep saying the deposit refund had been made (it hasn’t) & now they’re avoiding calls and emails. I had to pay for another hotel in Guildford last minute costing a further £350! I’m not picky about hotels but this was the worst experience of my life.
We have given this “hotel” ample opportunity to resolve our complaint before posting these images and have escalated our complaint & reported them. This “hotel” is a health hazard and they have conned us out of £260.
