The staff were amazing, from check in and also when we had any questions about anything they were super helpful.
The hotel is quite big, we realised when we got there that there are two sides one modern and the other a little dated. We were staying on the dated side, but it didn’t really matter as we had a view of Spencer Street.
The hotel is in a convent spot, easy to get to Marvel Stadium, Spencer Street station and also to just jump on a tram.
The room itself was a little dated, had a bit of a musty smell and there were no little things like soap bars or toothbrushes (we accidentally forgot ours). However the beds were super comfortable to sleep in and the room was definitely fine for a couple and their children.
The beds were those ones you wheel together so the only thing annoying about the beds is that they wheeled around when you sat on them.
Other than that we had the best stay.
The breakfast is ok, cooked bacon, eggs, sausages, hash browns some healthy options, no specialty milk in the coffee machine other than full cream. I would get the breakfast for one day and then maybe head out for the other days.
Staff were super helpful and were very kind and pleasant.
