Awful. Will be demanding a full refund. We checked in, they didn't have the room we booked (single Queen, river view), and they tried to put us on the main floor in a double double facing the parking lot. Requested a room not on the main floor and they accommodated. I should mention this was on a Tuesday night in the winter, with maybe 10 cars in the parking lot....not sure why the room we booked was unavailable. But that's not the worse part.
- Bloody handprint on the lampshade
- Boots left from a previous occupant in the closet
- no shower curtain
- no hot water
- blinds broken and only roll up half-way
- stayed in room 627, but the phone on the desk said room 625
When we found out about the no hot water to shower with, we asked for a different room and the first one they showed us was still dirty and hadn't been cleaned. Told them don't bother, we'll be asking for a refund either way.
I've stayed at this hotel before and understood that it's a little rough around the edges, but for the price, figured it'd be fine. The hotel has been making excuses about being "under new management" for what seems like 2 years now and the place is still a joke.
