1300からチェックイン可能なので、それに合わせて向かったものの、到着予定時刻を知らせていないから部屋が用意できていないということで、チェックインできず。こちらに落ち度がある言い方であり、理解出来なかった。それなら、シンプルに部屋が用意出来ていないという伝え方が良いかと思いました。あるいは、それを理由にしたいならば、「事前にチェックイン時間を伝えている場合に限り、13時にチェックイン可能」と条件付けしたら良いと思います。ロジカルではなく、理解出来ませんでした。

Perfect location. Close to JR station and bus station. We stayed for two nights in order to check out Cape Soya by bus. Staff were very helpful considering we spoke limited Japanese. I would recommend it for others for its location to see Cape Soya.
