Nice hotel. Could use some updates. Room was hot. Didn’t seem like the air was working. Came up for the O’s game. Location was GREAT!

We like to stay here when we come to see a baseball game, because it's so close to Camden Yards. However, our toilet was stopped up and we had to call maintenance. Also, the lobby was extremely warm.

This hotel has not been improved in some time. It's run down and poorly maintained. The rooms bed was a crater in the middle and was very uncomfortable. Oddly, the room was muggy and moist everywhere, even with the air conditioner on quite high. Lastly, there was no place in the entire room to plug in a USB cable, forcing me to go to the lobby and purchase one to plug into an outlet. AVOID THIS HOTEL!

Review for Marriott Inner Harbor at Camden Yards
Our stay was excellent! This is one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed at, and we’ve experienced many top-tier properties. The staff were polite, professional, and clearly took pride in their work and in assisting guests.
During our stay, another couple in our group experienced an issue with their air conditioning. A technician arrived within 10 minutes of the call, assessed the situation, and informed them that the unit couldn’t be repaired at that time. Within another 10 minutes, the staff had relocated them to an adjacent room. This prompt and attentive service was impressive, especially considering it was 10 PM, right after the Orioles game.
The Marriott Inner Harbor at Camden Yards will be our first choice whenever we visit Baltimore. Superb service and hospitality from all the staff!

The staff is great and the room is clean. The biggest issue was the AC in the room was not very effective. Very warm in the room, they put us in a different room, same thing.

The hotel had a/c issues. I was at a baseball game when Hotels.com called to tell me that my room had been cancelled. To make a long story short, because of Hotels.com, I missed about four innings of the game. They also lied to me and told me that the a/c issue was resolved. When we got to the hotel, they said the a/c wouldn't be fixed until Monday. We arrived on Saturday when the temperature was around 89 degrees. Mad at Marriott, but angrier at Hotels.com. Their employees were foreign and kept having me repeat the scenario b/c they didn't understand. I don't think I will use Hotels.com again.

The guy at check in was very rude and treated us like we were lesser guests and wasting his time because we booked through hotels.com and not directly through them. Once we got to the room, there was a rotting bag of spinach in the refrigerator and the chair in the corner had many suspicious white stains suspected to come from a certain male appendage. If we were there for any other reason than my son needing surgery the next day we would have left and rolled the dice on another hotel.

We had a total of 6 rooms and half didn’t have AC. The hotel lost AC for a good portion of the hotel. After many discussions with management, we were able to get new rooms for second night but had to share a bed as they ran out of cots.
