Front desk guy was great very friendly and helpful but their needs to be some updating our door looked like it was kicked in a few times and their was no chain lock very alarming it was bug free witch very greatful for and quiet with very friendly residents their our toilet flusher was very weak and half broken kinda small tvs for a hotel every hotel I been at had had way bigger ones and actual cable wifi was kinda slow but it was a great stay honestly just a few lil hicups

The desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room needed some more cleaning of kitchenette sink and bathroom counter. Heating unit not able to keep up. Very drafty door. Needed to stick towels in the door frame. Front desk brought us a heater. Bed was very comfy!

in a complete cheap repair of the facilities. poor construction habits. sloppy paint jobs. the room was nicer than expected, however the lock quit working and they didnt fix the key issue. so if i left a cleaning person had to let me back in. upon checkout there was no one at the desk and i had to leave my room card on a window sill as i could not leave it in the room with the broken lock

If you are looking for a cheaper motel to lay your head for the night, this is it. Beds were not very comfy, but rooms were pretty clean. Booked 2 king rooms together, but they put us in different sections of hotel. They are in the process of remodeling the hotel, so has some clutter around the building. There was a casino less than half a mile down the road with a couple restaurants and a bar, so that was a plus.

This property actually has bed bugs. PLEASE be aware. I found one and put it in a zip lock bag and brought it to the front desk. I do not exaggerate. The gal at the front desk was helpful though and felt so bad.

I have never stayed at a hotel where I had to go to a gas station for coffee in the morning. I had to call a number and wait 20 minutes before someone came so I could check out. Then 2 sketchy people came to the office. 2 hotels in 1 building 1 is smoking the other is non smoking? How does that work? It can't be a non smoking property if some of the rooms are smoking rooms I didn't understand that. Says grab and go breakfast ya right! There was nothing and no one around. And dead bugs on the floor in the room was unacceptable.

I will give you the timeine 9:15 P.M. Book room based on breakfast being offered. 10:45 P.M. Arrived and waited for receptionist to get to me, then she says the room was not ready. Then, when she come back and says it is ready, but they do not offer breakfast. I asked for my money back then, that is why I paid the extra compared to the other place that did not have breakfast she says you have to contact the company you purchased it through. I had a two year old with me and it was too late to worry about a longer wait. 11:40 P.M. headed to room (Hallway lighting..none, mud, cobwebs, dirt on stairs and walkway) just dirty. 11:45 P.M. Finally in Room (bed not made, sheets have stains and bugs, bugs on floor everywhere. Went to car got a blanket and slept on that. The next morning had to get up earlier and spend more money because I still had to get the 2 year old breakfast that was supposed to included. They offered a 20% refund, which 12$ not close to what breakfast cost. The place should be condemned and I wish I would have read other reviews.
