good to relax
We stayed at the hotel a little bit too long considering that the hotel doesn’t have much to offer and is outdated. A huge resort that has seen better days but after a tough Covid period it doesn’t look much alive and in the evening it looks like a ghost town.
Perfect location in front of the beach, quiet area to relax but also a lot of space for children.
We were welcomed by a young, kind receptionist who speaks very good English which is rare in Asia. She showed us around the premises and explained everything.
Very friendly staff.
The hotel offers free laundry (4 pcs per day) and free minibar once a week and free shuttle to Hoi A town, which is a nice service.
The superior king-size sea view rooms are big enough and have perf view. TV needs more English channels or smart TV to connect our accounts.
The conditioning works as it should and it is quiet.
The housekeeping ladies are doing a great job and really helpful.
A weird smell in the corridors when we walked to our room.
The pool is huge and nice but the water slides need to be replaced, they are old and dangerous to walk up because the steps are so small and slippery. No slides at the children's pool
The beach/pool bar is a joke. It doesn’t have the beach vibe and it doesn’t look welcoming to sit and enjoy a drink. It needs a serious renovation and the menu could have more variety.
Breakfast area is huge made specifically for the Chinese crowds. Breakfast itself was good, variation on fruits, live egg and noodle sta
