OMG! Stairs and no elevator.

Didn’t realize till I got there that I had to go up stairs to get to my room. They charged a resort fee that I was not aware of either plus parking $38 per day. Will be using this hotel again.

The staff was wonderful but the accommodation was ok. The carpet was spotty and the bathrooms are very small and hard to navigate.

Good property but the parking …

The hotel was a nice place . The paid parking thing is ridiculous . Parking is hard to get and if you do get a parking spot it’s nowhere near your building .

Great property, we will revisit! Lots of family fun to be had on property, but also areas for adults to hang. The staff was very helpful and responsive to our needs.

The overall stay was okay the tub was stopped up the sink was leaking also it was a big stain on the carpet… The outside and lobby was beautiful, But some of the ground floor needs attention….

Hotel near Sea World

Overall the hotel's location was ideal. The is within walking distance to Aquatica and Sea World. The hotel is very convenient. We stayed in a junior suite which was spacious and offered a great view. The floors felt dirty as you walk around the room.

Amazing resort! Huge! Great and friendly staff. Food is great, pools are clean, rooms are big, and a bunch of amenities and things to do! My dog also loves it as well, perfect for your furry friend.

Chocolate cheesecake, so delicious.
