The property facilities as displayed online is not exactly same.
What I paid for is not what I got. The royal suit facilities as paid for those not exist in the property. The breakfast served is nothing to right about. After full payment for my 3 nights reservation for 3 persons, I was still asked by the hotel manager to pay additional money for breakfast for two, this I did during our entire stay,
I contacted Expedia on this and I’m yet to get feedback on my compensation for the additional money spent and the inconvenience.
