Two Lovers Point in Tamsung is one of the most iconic sites in Guam, offering lookout points that provide breathtaking views of the Philippine Sea over a plunging cliff face. The cliff drops off a stark 400 feet to the crashing sea below, and you can take walkways that hang over the jagged rocks or look through telescopes for long-range views.

This is also the site of a tragic storey about the daughter of a wealthy family who fell in love with a Chamorro warrior. The two threw themselves over the cliff to stop her arranged marriage in the face of an army. The legend gives this spot even greater depth for your Instagram feed.

    Shark Cove Beach

Shark Cove Beach gets you off the beaten track and offers fantastic snorkelling opportunities as well as an excellent hiking experience, among other outdoor adventurers. Be sure to wear protective beach shoes, as the walk to the beach on Guam's northwest is quite rugged and rocky. The hike is along a remote gravel lane that seems to run parallel to the beach but abruptly ends at the shore. You'll then walk along the foot of a cliff, passing natural latte stones and following the waterline until you reach a white-sand beach lined by palm trees.

This beach is a hidden gem. Few visitors take the hike to get here, so you'll capture photos that not many others have.
