Location of the hotel is convenient, as it's just outside of Door D of the Wenjin Metro Station.
The decor of the hotel is very old and stale and need refurbishment in the near future.
Staffs were all very helpful, though language can be a problem, they are all apt in using translation app in their phone to help you out.
Cleanliness can be improved. The room cleaning is adequate for the most part, but there are days they don't clean my room, or needs reminding to do so, even then they might miss an item or two.

need serious improvement
The manager must go down to check the condition of plumbing, electric, air condition and the ventilation of the rooms. All are in bad condition. Take it seriously as most of the repair are beyond repair and need replacement.

Shenzhen Muslim Hotel
service is great. room is decent, big space with iptv, however walkway is quite dimly litted and messy. location is good. near to major shopping sites in Shenzhen

Conveniently located Guest House
It conveniently located - right near to a Metro Station on Line 9 and easy access by bus.
We arrived early at around 12:30 and took an hour to check in.
Staff helpful but slow and didn't communicate well.
Facilities in the hotel and room was kind of rundown. Problem with toilet flush, took 30 minutes to sort out eventually. Towels should be replaced with new. Bathing facilities not so good with only a shower head inside the bathroom. To me it was acceptable with the price offered (HK$176) for a one-off stay. Muslim friendly.
