Excelente servicio
Fue un viaje completamente familiar, me gusto que tienen servicio de valet parking, el carro estuvo seguro, un hotel muy bien ubicado, las habitaciones variaron un poco, por que ibamos con la mascota, pero bastante accesible para el también

Great location. Terrible smell & front desk staff
The front desk staff seems absolutely miserable and annoyed if you ask for the bathroom key or a 2nd room key. The room was fantastic and the location is excellent. However the hot water takes 6-15 minutes to get hot and all of our attempts to cover the shower drain due to horrible smells were unsuccessful. And again, the front desk staff is really terrible. I hate even having to write that! We also had to flush our toilet 15+ times to clear it so we just went up to the rooftop bar bathrooms to go. Those toilets seem to work fine and we were not putting paper in the toilets.

Pretty but not functional
Lovely looking hotel, the bed was comfy but there were issues with the smell in our bathroom, the toilet wouldn’t flush properly and there was no hot water for a shower in the morning. We complained at the desk, and all the receptionist could say was sorry, we asked if we could get a late check out as we’d had so much trouble with the shower (my 81 year old grandmother had to shower cold) we were told to pay an extra 500 pesos. We complained more about the service and told we would have been offered breakfast if we didn’t already say we were going out, but I think that was a lie. The hotel looks amazing but the poor facilities and staff have let it down.

No se puede dormir, no respetan que es un hotel, en la parte baja hay música hasta las 2 de la mañana a todo volumen y en la terraza desde las 7am están alistando todo, el personal muy ruidoso

I attempted to cancel the booking they confirmed could be canceled but never did. Here I am back from my trip, on the phone with my back attempting to get reimbursed for the money I was charged. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of anyone at this hotel. They have a phone that goes to voicemail and eventually the voicemail was full. I left several voicemails and never heard back from them. We communicated through the chat on the Expedia app which I luckily have screenshots of. If you book and want to cancel be ready to get ignored.

Although property is listed as not having air conditioning in the rooms, the windows couldn’t be opened, and the fan was not enough to keep cool due to humidity. Should consider adding mini split to rooms

Expedía me cobró una tarifa el doble de cara que otros huéspedes, y sin posibilidad de modificarla ya en el establecimiento. Me tuvieron que cambiar de cuarto porque no servía el ventilador y el escusado estaba tirando agua.

El lugar esta muy bonito ! Con el toque único que da estar en una casona antigua totalmente adaptada y decorada súper lindo, muy astheric e Instagrameable. Su ubicación es inmejorable, solo caminas media cuadra y estás en la plaza principal. Su Manager Nayeli nos trató increible y nos dió las habitaciones con una vista hermosa a la icónica Iglesia que tienes justo a un lado. La vista de Roof está preciosa y la comida deliciosa. Volvería sin dudarlo.

La ubicación es muy buena, las habitaciones será por suerte ya que la mayoría no tiene buena ventilación y no están cómodas. Hay mucha desinformación, la gente de la recepción no tiene experiencia, ni ganas de atenderte. La accesibilidad en auto muy difícil, te ofrecen valet / estacionamiento demasiado caro y lento.

Excelente a buen precio
La ubicación no puede ser mejor, y su roof top está muy cool. Falló el wifi a ratos y el ventilador en el cuarto ayudaba para el calor pero de todos modos se sentía caluroso. El lugar y los cuartos muy lindos. Vale la pena pagar la categoría alta.
