Fully prepaid and get confirmed, but refused to ch
We have fully paid in advance and received confirmation from Expedia, but when we checked in, the hotel refused to give us rooms we booked with reasons that they could not find our confirmed bookings. Furthermore, the hotel told us to pay them directly in cash in order to stay. Anything can happen in China, even with IBIS international hotel chain! Now we need to contact Expedia to return our money we have paid on their system. So much waste our time!
