I used this website to reserve the room and paid with credit card, only to get to the hotel and be told I didn’t have a reservation. I then had to pay the room for two nights in cash.

I’m sure the staff would’ve been great and the motel was kind of what I expected but there’s no place to check in. I did not get to stay there. I ended up finding another place closer to the beach that had an opening. I’ve contacted Orbitz to get a refund, but I haven’t heard back.
