Super convenient <5 min walk to Tokyo Station with an excellent luggage storage system. Rooms were so well insulated we didn't hear any other guests.

Complicated check-in process
Check-in was via kiosk. I got 3 rooms and had to check in one room at a time with the respective names for each room. Eventually, they had to help at the counter. Rooms were too small, beds were too hard. I could not sleep well there. Wifi was slow. Hotel website says complimentary breakfast, but it cost $1800 yen per person. We opted out.

It’s been good. The only catch is the room is too small if you have a large luggage. You can’t even find space to open it. Great for overnight stay as it’s close to the Tokyo Station.

Location great for Tokyo Station, Kyobashi, Ginza.
We are English speaking tourists and this is really a Japanese speaking business hotel, but it worked great for us. Staff helpful, location gave easy access to the Tokyo Station and the Ginza (is in between). Lots of restaurants around. Tiny room but we were out except to sleep and have been in Japan a while so we’re used to the small space.

We stayed here one night after landing in Tokyo. It is in a great location near Tokyo station. Staff was very friendly. Room was small but clean. Only negative is the bed was extremely firm. We would have not stayed another night due to the bed being uncomfortable.

Great location, right by Tokyo station, and easily walkable into Ginza. There is a big new shopping, dining and evening drinks area right in front of the hotel too (midtown yeasu). The hotel is cramped though, and very basic in terms of it's room furnishings.
