Very Disappointing, not corporate
First room had broken wall heater front desk switched us to a “better room”. Second room had a dirty toilet, half the towels, smashed bug on the wall. The toilet would need flushed 3 or 4 times. Bed squeaked. We approached desk in the am, they said oh ya sometimes it can be marked as cleaned when it’s NOT! Extremely Noisy. You can hear your neighbors talking. Doors open yours pulls shut. This hotel is not corporately owned and it shows so much. We had booked 6 nights stayed for 2. It was that crappy. I’ve stayed at many other Hampton inns. This was bad. Front desk guy also told me, maybe an assessment was made when we checked in… to determine what room was a best fit. I guess we didn’t look fancy enough for a better room. He also said all the single king rooms on the same level as the lobby are Renovated. I just wouldn’t stay here. Maybe it works for some. But it was super awful.
