Quiet and clean
The hotel was very quiet, unsurprisingly for our early January stay. We were 3 in our room, with one sleeping on a rollerway bed provided by the hotel. The rollerway was too uncomfortable to use, and so we made our own arrangements, borrowing an air mattress from a relative. The room was clean, as were all the hotel communal areas. Breakfast was a little sparse, with minimal choices available, although the food was refreshed routinely. We were sorry that the restaurant and bar were closed.
Prior to our stay I had called the hotel to confirm a rollerway would be available. I was told it was, at a one-off cost of $20. On checking out I was told the cost of the rollerway was $25 a night. I wish I’d known the nightly rate, as I would have returned the rollerway after our first night. It wasn’t used again
