My seventh times in this hotel, but it looks awful after my last visit two months ago when the only issue was they did not automatically entertain my privilege of Club Lounge access as well as fruit platter in room that hotel.com agreed to offer while I booked my hotel.
On this occasion, there was no shower gel, shampoo in the room, no other toiletries except a pair of toothbrush, and most astonishing is that packs of food left over by previous guest were found in the room. What a house keeping which sees the level of service dropped seriously from a hotel that I almost pay to join their loyalty program.
This is not the end of the story. At around 9:00 am which was 1.5 hours before the time they stopped serving breakfast, you found my empty trays where they served the food but the restaurant was not busy with lots of empty seats. It was until I contacted what appeared to be a manager that he himself started to check for empty trays and demanded replenishing and still there were empty trays around. Awful experience and I would never ever visit this hotel again!!!!
